Our bags and socks are all one-off items that are handmade using upcycled and variable materials. This means that we cannot guarantee exactly what fabric or material your item will be made from. It also means that some fabrics may have pre-loved marks on them. If buying a specific pre-made bag then that is the precise bag you will receive. If you buy a custom bag, then fabric and patterns cannot be guaranteed. As a result of this, we cannot facilitate returns or exchanges on any products so please choose carefully before you buy. Additionally, if the bag is the wrong size because you have provided the wrong surfboard measurements, we cannot remake or refund the item.
